Epsom Salt (Food Grade) Guidelines
Take 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of food-grade Epsom salt diluted in 250ml of water or broth on the final evening of your fast. This is intended to flush out toxins from the gut. Expect bowel movements within 6-10 hours of taking it.
If needed, you can repeat the same dosage on the 4th day after fasting. However, if you are able to go after the first dose, there is no need to take it again.
