Duration: 24 hours, once a week
Goal: Sustainable weight loss & transition to a fasting centered lifestyle. Introduce your body to fasting while still providing essential nutrients.
Instructions:
- Choose one day each week to consume only broth.
- Choose form our wide range of Broth Products.
- Aim for 1-2 cups of broth at each mealtime and drink plenty of water throughout the day. You may add Redmond Real Salt for extra hydration.
- Avoid solid food.
- Unsweetened teas and cold brew are allowed. No caffeine 2:00pm onwards.
