At Kim King’s Kitchen, we are passionate about creating high-quality products that delight our customers.

We adhere to strict food quality & safety standards and ensure that all our meals are prepared fresh daily -- from our kitchen straight to your door. We recommend that meals are consumed less than four (4) days after purchase. Kim King’s Kitchen will not be liable for spoilage beyond this period.

Kim King’s Kitchen uses 100% all-natural and fresh ingredients. In the event that a meal or the ingredients for a particular meal are unavailable, we reserve the right to change our menu without prior notice.

We take extra precautions to triple-check orders. Incomplete or incorrect meals will be replaced within 24 hours from the customer’s receipt of the order. We will deduct the cost of the item/s after receiving the unconsumed meal/s or product/s.


ORDERING PROCESSING

All orders must be placed directly through our website at www.kimkingwellness.com. We do not accept manual orders through chat, text messages, or phone calls. This ensures a streamlined and secure ordering process for both parties.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

All orders must be paid exclusively through the payment portals provided on our website. We cannot accept payments through other methods such as direct bank transfers, GCash, cash deposits, or any form of manual transactions.

GIFT CARDS & STORE CREDITS

  1. No Gift Card Purchases Using Credits. Gift Card credits or store credits may not be used to purchase Gift Card products (including e-gift cards and physical gift cards).

  2. Automatic Cancellation & Refund. Any order that attempts to purchase a Gift Card using Gift Card credits or store credits will be automatically cancelled. Any amounts captured will be refunded to the original payment method or returned to the same credit balance, as applicable.

  3. No Cash Redemption. Gift Card credits and store credits are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value, except where required by law.

  4. Fraud & Abuse. We may suspend or cancel credits and associated orders if we detect or suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

FRAUD PREVENTION & SECURITY

These measures are in place to prevent fraud and protect both our customers and our business. By utilizing our secure website ordering and payment systems, we aim to provide a safe and transparent transaction process.


ORDER REQUESTS

The order requests you put on notes, these are for approval and not guaranteed. Our Health Steward will contact you regarding your order notes if we have questions or clarifications. 

For meal/ingredient replacements or requests, this is subject to approval and additional charges. 


MEAL SUBSCRIPTION REDEMPTION

All meal subscriptions must be consumed or delivered within three (3) months from the date of purchase. Otherwise, the amount paid for the meal subscription will not be refunded and will only be reverted as store credits.



CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Kim King's Kitchen does not allow cancellations on confirmed and paid orders. We do allow pause/rescheduling of the subscription or change of delivery date for one-time purchase items. Please reach out to our Health Steward for pause, rescheduling of delivery dates and concerns.

Replacements & refunds are not guaranteed and requests for such will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Kim King’s Kitchen promotes good health and overall wellness through the fasting-focused lifestyle. Our nutrition and wellness coaching plans/programs are developed by certified nutrition specialists.

However, Kim King’s Kitchen is not a medical organization and we cannot give you medical advice. The content on our website is not intended to substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Visitors who use our website and rely on any information do so at their own risk.

Our products are prepared and cooked to order. We will not assume liability for adverse reactions to food consumed or products that may come into contact during consumption.

Please consult your doctor and/or health care provider before starting any meal plan and/or coaching program, especially if you are fasting for the first time, pregnant/nursing, or had/have any underlying health or medical conditions.

Kim King’s Kitchen will not be liable for any illnesses, injuries, deaths, losses, and/or damages in connection with the use of our website, products, and/or coaching services.


PRICE AND PROMOTION MECHANICS CHANGES

1. We may modify or discontinue any promotion or pricing mechanics at any time, without prior notice.

2. All promotions are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion or pricing mechanics at any time due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the modification or discontinuation of any promotion or pricing mechanics.

4. We reserve the right to change prices for products or services displayed on the website at any time and without notice.
