Online Consultation Policy
To keep scheduling fair for all clients, we allow a 5-minute grace period for online consultations. If you haven’t joined within 5 minutes, the session may be marked as missed, as the next slot is typically reserved.
We also require at least 15 minutes to complete a proper lifestyle walk-through, so punctuality is essential.
Cancellations/rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows without notice forfeit payment since the time was reserved for you.
Will be implementing a strict “No Pay, No Appointment” policy. Appointments will only be confirmed once full payment has been received to secure the slot and ensure efficient scheduling.
