Kim King – The Broth Queen of Asia
I’m Kim King, a functional nutritionist and Asia’s one and only Broth Queen. My journey began at home, growing up with a fasting-centered lifestyle thanks to my father’s influence. But it was my mother’s cancer diagnosis in 2010, followed by my own health challenge in 2015, that transformed wellness from a passion into my life’s mission.
I hold a BSHRM & Culinary Arts degree (Top Student & Dean’s Lister, SPCF & ISCAHM), an MSc in Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen, and a CIBTAC Level 4 Aesthetic Practice certification from the London College of Beauty Therapy. My further studies include a Diploma in Integrative Functional Nutrition (Institute for Optimum Nutrition), PN1 Certified Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition), Diploma in Gastrointestinal Microbiome, Master’s in Entrepreneurship (Ateneo de Manila University), Diploma in Human Physiology (Harvard Medical School), Hydrotherapy & I-ACT Professional Colon Hydrotherapy Training, and I am currently completing an MSc in Psychology of Eating Disorders / Behavioral Nutrition.
Now a mother of five (including twins), I know firsthand the challenges of recovery, balance, and wanting to feel strong again. I blend culinary mastery with evidence-based functional nutrition to help people heal from the inside out — focusing on sleep, nutrition, gut health, and sustainable habits.
My dream is simple: to make people and families healthier so they can unleash their best potential — living with energy, strength, and confidence for years to come.
