Online Consultation Policy
To respect everyone’s time, we allow a maximum waiting period of 5 minutes for online consultations. After this, we may no longer accommodate the session, as the next slot is usually already booked.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed consultations without prior notice will result in a forfeited payment.
